The study analyzed metrics including quality of local schools, home values and effective property tax rates to find where people were getting the most value.

Rising Fawn Methodist Church is offering a free service to senior citizens living in the Rising Fawn and South Dade areas. Rising Fawn Senior Outreach can provide a friendly visit, run local errands, pick up groceries and special requests at no charge. The Outreach however does not offer caregiver-type services.
